Terms & Conditions

Prices quoted are for drivers that are aged between 25 and 70 years of age, hold a full licence which has been held for a minimum of one year and be free of serious endorsements.

If the driver is outside the criteria above, an additional charge will be made. Please telephone for details.

All vehicles except 7.5 tonne vehicles are fully covered by the AA or similar for use in the UK which is included in the hire charge. For use outside the UK an additional charge will be made. Please telephone the office for a quotation.

Prices quoted are for one driver, for an additional driver an extra charge will be made.

On collection or delivery of the vehicle, the hirer will need to provide a full driving licence, a second form of identification, the hire charge and the deposit, the deposit will be returned on the return of the vehicle. If there is any damage caused to the vehicle however caused, while the vehicle is in the hirers possession, the deposit in full will be kept by the company.

The deposit can either be cash, debit or credit card. Cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. Class D vehicles require a £350 deposit.

Business users requiring to hire a 7.5 tonne vehicle must ensure that they have an operators licence that there is space for the additional vehicle to be put on that licence. please telephone the office for conditions of hire.

To confirm vehicle booking, a deposit for that vehicle will be required in advance. If the customer fails to collect the vehicle the customer will forfeit their deposit.

Every effort will be made to supply the vehicle reserved, if this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative vehicle will be supplied. In this unlikely event the original price quoted will apply.
